Wednesday's mayhem is behind us.

Stings are healed.

Feet are fine.

Scarlet is back to normal.

All is well.

All is peaceful as we head into another weekend.

The seven younger runner ducks are gaining more and more courage

as time goes on.

Yes, believe it or not, there are seven ducks in the next photo.
They stick together so closely... as if they have velcro on their wings!

Yesterday, they crossed the lane next to their yard 

and headed up to the top of the hill next to the big arena.

Another time we saw them walking down the lane.

Baby steps.

Before long, they will be out and about just like their older counterparts.

Once concerning issue, however, is...

it looks as though we are a little top-heavy with boys vs. girls.

We might have to find a few more female runner ducks somewhere.

We just might end up with a farm that looks something like this:

Have a wonderful weekend.

We will be attending our favorite Arts Fest in a little

Victorian village in the woods on Saturday.

Then on Sunday we will spend the day with all of our Littles and 

celebrate Mack and Easton's Daddy's birthday.

It's going to be a great weekend!
