Skincare Sunday - Masque Bar Pretty Animalz Sloth Clarifying Sheet Mask

Happy Skincare Sunday everyone! Today, October 20th, is also Sloth Day, so naturally I found a sloth mask for the occasion! Sloth Day is really about bringing awareness to the animals - while sloths are not endangered animals (yet), they are at risk - especially with deforestation happening in South America. I picked up a few of these Masque Bar Animalz masks - they have some really fun, unique animals like a flamingo, narwhal, llama, and penguin! I recently reviewed their shark mask and you can see my thoughts on it here! And seriously, sloths are so weird and adorable so I had to give this one a try! 

This mask is straight-forward to use: wash face and dry face, apply mask, wear mask for 10 to 20 minutes, remove mask, and tap remaining essence in to skin. 

This mask is cute - I like the sloth print! I did think the fit overall could have been better. I have noticed on these Masque Bar printed masks that they are a little thicker where there is prints. So, I found it lifted a little on my face where it was printed (especially the brown area under the eyes/cheeks). 

This had a faint scent to it - nothing unpleasant, more of typical mask scent. This lasted 20 minutes on me and was fine. Unfortunately, I didn't think this offered a ton of lasting overall benefits. My skin was a little tight and tacky after using this, so I didn't notice much hydration or clearness to my skin. But, it was cute to wear though!
